Discounted UPS Ground rates available to all 50 States & District of Columbia
Discounted UPS Ground rates applied to EACH case, not order. Alternative carriers
or service level not permitted for on-line orders.
Expedited freight, LTL or TL shipments not included and must be arranged prior to
submission of order.

Refund & Return Policy
All requests for returned merchandise must be received by e-mail within 30 days of
order (use E-Mail Us form). Once approved, we will credit your charge card for the
purchase price of your product, less applicable return shipping costs & 30%
re-stocking fee, upon receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse. All returned
merchandise must be received unopened, in good condition, complete with all
materials.
